Netscape Navigator Configuration

Open Netscape and go Options, Mail and News Preferences

  • Click on Servers
  • For the Outgoing mail (SMTP) server, put mail.host1.com.au (unless you are dialed up to another ISP, in which case you will need to use their SMTP server - e.g. mail.otherisp.com.au)
  • For the Incoming mail (POP) server, put mail.host1.com.au
  • Make sure you set it to remove mail from the server

  • Click on Identity
  • Enter your real name
  • Enter your email address and your reply to address (these will be the same)
