Netscape Navigator Configuration

Open Netscape and go Options, Mail and News Preferences

Click on Servers

For the Outgoing mail (SMTP) server, put mail.host1.com.au (unless you are dialled up to another ISP, in which case you will need to use their SMTP server - eg mail.otherisp.com.au)

For the Incoming mail (POP) server, put mail.host1.com.au

Make sure you set it to remove mail from the server

mailconfig-navigator1.gif (10299 bytes)

Click on Identity

Enter your real name

Enter your email address and your reply to address (these will be the same)
