About the Control Panel

The control panel shows details about the features of your account, and offers configuration options to fine tune and maintain your account. Detailed help for each section is located on each page of the control panel.

Use the control panel to view and change plans, as well as view current traffic imformation. You are also able to view and change personal details including your password and contact details.

Full invoice information is available through the control panel, including all invoices and statements. Using the control panel, you are able to change your billing preferences and make payments. You can also view current traffic and connectivity stats.

Email functionality in the control panel enables you to purchase additional bundles of mailboxes, read webmail and administer free email boxes and free redirections. You are also able to apply general mail filtering, as well as virus and SPAM filtering.

Another useful feature is the ability to create and administer users and user groups. Domain name management capability is also offered through the control panel.
